• Draft agenda: We will review the draft agenda and discuss possible breakout sessions, panel discussions, our purpose, goals, tabling, and how to build in other networking opportunities. 

• Capacity: How do you want to be involved? What does your capacity look like in March (Presenter, Panel Member, Participant, Day of support, etc.)? Will you be attending or sending someone from your organization? 

• Invite List: Who do you want to build relationships with? Who are the active funders in our circle? What do we want outreach to look like? 

• Evaluation: What information do we want attendees to provide during registration? What will help us build our funders database? 

• Other Feedback, Next Steps, Prep Meetings: I want to make space for other questions, comments, or anything else that needs to be addressed as we build out the plan for this convening. Once we figure out some of these details, we can schedule more time for prep meetings and other next steps.
